Accessible Toilets

Situated through the main entrance/registration area to the right, past the organiser’s office. Other toilets are indicated on the floor plan in the show guide.

Disabled Living Help & Information Point

Located through the main reception area and is clearly marked on the floor plan in the show guide. We can help with finding companies, equipment, details on the seminars taking place throughout the day and any other information on the event.

Changing Facilities

The changing room is located behind the Disabled Living Information Point in the cloakroom area. There is an easily adjustable bed, spare pads, wipes and nappy sacks. Please note due to the risk of cross infection slings cannot be provided.

Lifts

Lifts to the upper levels are situated in the registration area and at the far end of the hall.

The funding point

Where visitors and exhibitors can access information on alternative funding streams for equipment and much more visit stands M43 to M46 and M53 on the mezzanine level for more information.

First Aid

Trained paramedics are in attendance at the event. If you require medical assistance report to the organiser’s office or speak to any member of Disabled Living staff who will be easily recognised by their Kidz tshirts.

Organiser’s Office

Located in the main exhibition hall to the right of the cloakroom.

Seating & Catering Area

Situated at both ends of the concourse, opposite the exhibition hall entrance. Hot and cold drinks, snacks and sandwiches are available. A variety of food is also available from the eating outlets in the retail park immediately adjacent to the stadium.

Quiet Eating Area

For children who require a quiet eating area this can be found on the upper level. The area is clearly marked on the floor plan in the show guide.‘
