HOW TO BOOK

When booking on to a course, a booking form along with either official order number and full invoicing details, or cash/cheque payment is required to secure your place. Booking forms can be downloaded here in pdf format. For the latest version of Adobe Acrobat please click here.

In order to offer low cost courses all bookings under £50 must be accompanied by cash or cheque payment for the full amount. No invoices will be issued in this instance.

Disabled Living reserves the right to cancel any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of any such cancellation, a full refund will be given or an offer to transfer on to the next course.

Our Education & Training Department also offers Tailor-made Training at Disabled Living or at a site of your choice. We can also offer consultancy, written reports, risk assessments and arrange product focus groups.
